This super fine flour gives extra fine texture to the final product. Our top flour has the lowest protein content, and is suitable for sponge cakes and mooncake skins.
It is best used for light and fluffy cakes, and gives your baked goods both a fine crumb structure and healthy crumb colour.
How to use
It is popularly used in souffle pancakes, chiffon cakes, butter cookies, swiss rolls, crepes and doughnuts.
