Dark corn syrup has a dark colour and produces a more robust and toasty flavour. In comparison, light corn syrup is milder and sweeter.
They can be used interchangeably in almost any recipe aside from slight flavour and colour variances.
We have both light and dark corn syrups available, and you can mix it with other juices or drinks to create your original soft drink.
This product is available in packs of 510g or 5kg.
