SEMOLINA FLOUR 500G

Our Semolina Flour is made in Malaysia and halal-certified. In comparison to all-purpose flour, semolina flour is more nutritious with almost twice the amount of fiber and a significantly higher amount of protein. However, it is good to note that it also has more calories and is higher in gluten as compared to other flours. Our semolina flour is best for recipes involving cakes, puddings and soups. It is also packed in a ISO22000 certified facility.

How to use
Sugee cake, Roman-Style Semolina Gnocchi, Semolina Cakes With Syrup and Moroccan Semolina Soup are recipes this product is best suited for. Other recipes include baby weaning food and uppumavu (a popular Indian breakfast food).
