How to Use
To savour Maison Thiriet's Salmon and Vegetable Galettes, preheat your oven to 180°C (Thermostat 6) and place the frozen galettes on a baking tray. Bake for around 20-25 minutes, flipping once halfway through until both sides are golden brown. Serve hot, as a standalone meal or as a side dish to meat or fish entrées.
