How to Use
These Bouchot mussels are easy to prepare and versatile for a variety of dishes. Thoroughly rinse the mussels under cold water before cooking. Steam them with white wine and herbs for a classic French recipe, or toss them in a pan with garlic and olive oil for a Mediterranean feel. Remember, mussels are done cooking when their shells open wide. Discard any mussels that do not open after cooking.
