Made with onion, lemongrass, turmeric, cumin, and chilli. Perfect marinade for lamb, beef, pork, or chicken before grilling to recreate Southeast Asian satay.
How to UseCut meat into 1cm thick chunks or skewers. Add Chef Justin's Satay Marinade and marinate in fridge for 3–24 hours. Preheat oven (grill mode) to 240°C. Grill meat for 4–5 minutes brushing with oil periodically. Remove from grill and rest 2–4 minutes before serving.
