Product Information

This aromatic paste blends tamarind, lemongrass, mustard seed, and spices to create a tangy and savoury curry. Add water, coconut milk, fish, and vegetables.
How to Use
Cut fish into chunks. Deep fry eggplant and okra. Blanch tomatoes and peel skin. Heat oil and sauté curry fish paste until fragrant. Add 300ml water and bring to boil then add coconut milk. Add eggplant and okra and simmer 5 minutes. Add fish and simmer 10 minutes. Season with salt and optionally add fresh curry leaves.
