Product Information

A fiery sambal paste with chilli, garlic, lemongrass, shrimp paste, and ginger torch flower. Ideal for stir-frying seafood, vegetables, or kang kong.
How to Use
Heat cooking oil in a pan and sauté onions until soft. Add sambal chilli paste and cook until fragrant. Season with sugar and salt to taste if desired. Add seafood, grilled fish, fried rice or vegetables such as kang kong and stir fry until cooked. Serve hot.
