Product Information

A bold paste made with tomato, chilli, garlic, ginger, and shrimp paste. Add water, ketchup, fresh crab, and egg to recreate the famous Singapore chilli crab sauce.
How to Use
Clean and cut crabs into pieces and crack claws. Heat wok with cooking oil and fry shredded ginger until fragrant. Add crabs and stir fry for 3 minutes. Add chilli crab paste mixture and bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 20–25 minutes. Adjust seasoning, turn off heat and add beaten egg while stirring gently. Thicken with corn starch slurry. Garnish with shredded red chilli, spring onion and coriander leaves. Serve with deep fried Man Tou.
