Product Information

This rich and aromatic Nonya-style curry paste blends fragrant spices, lemongrass, shrimp, and turmeric. Simply add chicken, potatoes, and coconut milk to create a bold and comforting Singaporean curry.
How to Use
Heat cooking oil in a wok or pot and sauté the curry paste until fragrant. Add chicken pieces and potatoes and stir well to coat evenly. Pour in 300–400ml water or chicken stock and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15–20 minutes until chicken is cooked and potatoes are tender. Add coconut milk and simmer gently for 2–3 minutes. Adjust seasoning if desired. Serve hot with steamed rice, French loaf or roti prata.
