Our Redman Cocoa Block is made in Malaysia. Dark brown in colour, it has a hard texture. Along with a strong cocoa flavour, it is sweet with a hint of bitterness.
How to use
Use portions of this product into your recipes as instructed for a chocolatey taste. It can be shaved for chocolate shavings, broken to melt down or even eaten on its own. It can be used for cookies and cakes as well.
