Our Bakeway Butterscotch Cocoa Compound Chips are chocolate compound chips flavoured with butterscotch. They are made in Malaysia and can be used in a variety of desserts. They are available in packets of 250g and 1kg.
How to use
This product can be added into desserts as a topping or mixed into your dough or recipe for a chocolatey butterscotch taste! As these chips do not change shape when exposed to heat, they can be melted on the inside but still retain their shape on the outside. Due care must be taken when melting these chips to avoid burning them.
