Made in Australia, our Redman Fine Corn Polenta is made from non-GMO organic yellow maize grain. It is rich in vitamins A and C and its a gluten-free substitute for pasta. This product is available in packets of 500g and 1kg.
How to use
When polenta is cooked, it is soft and creamy. It is often used as a substitute for mashed potatoes or pasta and is perfect to cradle sauces on plates. It certainly pairs well with hearty stews. When polenta is cooled, it hardens enough to be sliced, layered like pasta or even fried to make fries!
