Our Redman Desiccated Coconut is made in Vietnam. It is made up of dried, finely shredded pieces of coconut flesh. This product is available in packets of 250g, 500g and 6kg.
How to use
This product can be used as cake toppings, in tarts, and local kuehs for that marvelous coconutty flavour and bite. It can also be hydrated where required.
