Our Redman Strawberry Ice Cream Powder is the perfect premix to make strawberry ice cream quickly. This product is also available in 300g and 400g sizes and in chocolate and vanilla flavours as well.
How to use
Gradually whisk the contents into 1/2 a litre of water until powder is completely dispersed. Allow mixture to stand for 5 to 10 minutes then whisk again briefly but vigorously before pouring into a professional ice cream freezer.
