Salty followed by a rich, creamy flavour with a pleasant and subtle after-taste. Very high in Omega-3 fatty acids. Produced from Siberian Sturgeon or crossbreed between Russian and Siberian Sturgeon. Sturgeon age of at least 5-6 years.
