Our Redman Cinnamon Powder is from Indonesia and is Halal-certified. Ground from inner bark of the Cinnamomum tree, cinnamon powder is a commonly used spice for cooking and baking. It has a dark brown-red colour. Store in a cool, dry place.
How to UseCinnamon powder has many uses which includes seasoning and flavouring sweet and savoury dishes. It can be used in dishes requiring Chinese five-spice powder, added to beef noodle soup bases or used for braising meat. Cinnamon powder is also commonly used in pies like pumpkin or apple pies, oatmeal and raisin cookies or banana breads.
