Tomizawa Shoten Dough Scraper is a versatile black polypropylene kitchen tool designed for making sweets and bread. Its rounded, curved edge fits snugly against bowls, making it easy to remove dough and ingredients with minimal residue. The straight edge is suitable for leveling cake batter and dividing bread dough, while the flat edge can be used to strain custard cream and similar mixtures. Made in Japan, it is heat-resistant up to 120°C and cold-resistant down to -20°C.
How to Use
Use the curved edge to scrape dough and ingredients from bowls, the straight edge to level cake batter or divide bread dough, and the flat edge to strain custard cream and similar mixtures. After use, wash with liquid detergent and a soft sponge, then dry thoroughly before storage. Do not use in a dishwasher or dish dryer.
