How to UseMaison Thiriet's Pike Quenelles are easy to prepare. Preheat your oven to 180°C (Thermostat 6), remove the Quenelles from their packaging and place them in a dish. Bake for approximately 20 minutes until they're thoroughly heated. Serve them hot as a main dish or a side with your choice of sauces or veggies.
