This is the Sommer Riesling wine, produced by Schloss Vollrads. The distinctive flavour of the Schloss Vollrads Riesling wines can be attributed to our unique terroir: In the Rheingau, six different geological formations form layers of one structure which provides the vine roots with a variety of minerals.
COLOR: Straw yellow.
SMELL: Peach, tropical fruits, citrus and lactic aromas.
TASTE: Fruity attack with acid and bubble, lactic taste with sweets.
FOOD PAIRING: Pair with Pork, Shellfish, Spicy food, Poultry, Cured Meat.
