Product Information:

Our Redman Original Huat Kueh Mix is made in Singapore. Use this mix to whip up these favourite steamed cakes for breakfast or as a snack for children. As this version produces white huat kueh, colouring can be added for a delightfully colourful variety. Store in a cool, dry place.

How to Use:

Pour the mix into a mixing bowl or mixer. Add 300ml of water or coconut milk, blend well to form a batter. Add colouring if desired. Pour the batter into a paper cup or plastic cup. Fill up to the rim of the cup. Prepare a steamer and bring water to boil first. Steam for about 20-45 minutes, depending on the size of the cup.
