Tomizawa Kanten is a jelly made from seaweed. Mix 1 sachet to 500ml of hot water and pour onto mould of choice.

How to Use:

Dissolve the agar jelly premix in boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved, then pour into a mold and refrigerate until set.
