Alba Fresh Provolone is a stretch curd cheese formed into 500g or 1kg salami shaped rolls. It has a soft milky flavour and has a supple body that is light cream in colour, with a slight yellow base throughout. Alba Fresh Provolone can be sliced and used on pizza or pasta dishes and is an attractive accompaniment with olives, semi-dried tomatoes or even roasted peppers.
