This mini guitar is the perfect tool for the Chocolatier to save time when cutting ganache, praline, cream, marzipan etc. Cutting ganache and other fillings is tricky and using a guitar allows you to produce the chocolate in a shorter time. This guitar is suitable for use in small production in chocolate shops, ice cream shops, schools and restaurants. The new interlocking frame system makes it much easier to fit the frames themselves, significantly reducing installation, disassembly and maintenance time.
