These polycarbonate moulds are suitable for producing glossy, uniform and perfectly-shaped pralines. These moulds make it possible to create 28 pieces at a time. The moulds come with a base and a lid, equipped with magnets, that define the shape of the 3D praline and a perforated tray that allow for quick smoothing of the mould after emptying the excess chocolate.
