How to use
Preheat oven to 150 degrees celsius. Whisk 80ml of water with 250g of this meringue mix in a high speed mixer until peaks form. Pipe mix into the desired shapes or pattern and let them rest for about 30 minutes. Bake for about 10 minutes.
