Product Information:
Our Redman Tempura Flour Premix is made in Singapore and a combination of flour, starch and baking powder. Great for making light, airy and crispy tempura crust and crunchies. Store in a cool, dry place.
How to Use:
Mix 1 egg yolk with 300g of ice water. Pour in140g of this premix. Mix slowly until smooth. Do not beat or whip.

Recipe suggestions include Shrimp Tempura, Vegetable Tempura and Tempura Fried Ice Cream.
