Whole Sorghum, part of the Grains of Discovery line, is a gluten free grain with hearty texture and mild flavor. It can be popped like popcorn or used in pilafs, salads, or anywhere else whole grains are called for.

How to Use:

Rinse before use. Boil 1 cup of sorghum grain in 3 cups of water for 50-60 minutes until grains are tender.
