Product Information:

Our Redman Chocolate Rice is made in Indonesia. They resemble grains of rice and are made with cocoa powder, sugar, vegetable fat, soya lecithin, milk powder and vanillin. Often used as a decoration or to sprinkle on top of your product, this rice topping is a popular sweet addition to many baked goods and pastries. This product is available in packets of 100g, 250g, 1kg and 5kg.

How to Use:

Sprinkle some chocolate rice onto cakes, cookies and ice creams for a pretty and declicious finish.
