Product Information:

Our Redman Chocolate Sponge Cae Mix is a blend of wheat flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and milk powder, amongst other ingredients. This product is made in Singapore and makes baking a chocolate cake easy and convenient. Great for beginners and also chefs who would like to reduce inventory count. Store in a cool, dry place.

How to Use:

Mix this cke mix with eggs and water. Whisk at medium speed for 3 minutes and continue with high speed for another 8 to 10 minutes until mixture is fluffy and has doubled in size. Fold in melted butter. Bake at 175 degrees celsius for 35 to 40 minutes.
