Product Information:

Our Redman Mochi Mix is a combination of glutinous rice flour, tapioca starch and sugar, amongst other ingredients. It is designed for as an easy option to create mochi desserts. This product is made in Singapore. Store in a cool, dry place.

How to Use:

To make mochi, mix 65% of this product with 35% of water in a pan. Place on low heat and stir constantly until it thickens into a smooth dough. Place the dough on dusting powder and divide into 15g to 20g smaller pieces. Lightly flatten and place desired fillings into the centre of each flattened mochi dough and enclose the filling. Lightly dust with mochi dusting powder to finish.
