Our Redman Unsalted Lactic Butter is made in Denmark and is Halal-certified. Lactic butter contains less moisture and has a higher smoking point than regular butter. It has a pure milk taste and is slightly sour. As this product is unsalted, you can control the amount of salt added, if at all. Store in a cool, dry place.
