Our Apricot Glazing Gel is from the Phillippines and adds shine to baked goods. This product is available in tubs of 350g and 1kg.
How to use
It is best paired with fruit tarts and apricot flavoured dishes such as apricot vegetable glaze. It can also be lightly brushed on your pastry to give it a shine and sweet taste.
