As this is a concentrated colouring, a small amount of strawberry red colouring goes a long way. It can also be mixed with other colours. A highly versatile product, this paste can be used in a wide range of baked goods, pastries and other food. This product is available in the following colours - Strawberry Red, Violet, Cherry Red, Chocolate Brown. Dark Brown, Dark Chocolate Brown, Egg Yellow, Green Apple, Leaf Green, Lemon Yellow, Noel Red, Orange, Red Cherry, Rose Pink and Sky Blue. Store in a dark and cool environment.

How to Use:

Add gradually to your frosting, dough, or beverage using a toothpick or by pouring a small amount into a separate bowl. For a more even distribution, mix a few drops with water before adding to dough or fondant.
