Our Chia Seeds are from Peru and can be used for both savoury and sweet dishes. THis superfood contains a great amount of nutrients, while at the same time remaining low in calories. This product is available in packets of 250g and 1kg.
How to use
This product can be added into drinks or smoothies for an extra chewy bite and mouthfeel, in your puddings, cakes cookies for that added subtle flavour and crunch, or in your oatmeal, yoghurt or cereal as toppings.
