Our Redman Red Quinoa Seeds are from Peru. Quinoa is gluten-free and contains high protein amounts. Whilst there is no siginificant difference in nutrition or taste between red and white quinoa, red quinoa has a heavier, more nutty taste than white quinoa. Store in a cool, dry place.
How to UseRed quinoa is usually used for cold salads as it holds its shape well when cooked. It becomes brownish when cooked, also pops against bright colours like leafy greens, and corn yellows.
