Made with Williams pears from the Roussillon region, this fruit nectar contains a minimum of 50% pear and is described on the carton as pressed at maturity. The pear purée is blended with water, sugar and concentrated lemon juice, with ascorbic acid added as an antioxidant. Serve it chilled on its own at breakfast, with meals, or whenever a fruit-based drink is preferred. Once opened, the carton should be refrigerated and consumed within five days.
