Analogue 40%, water, palm oil, milk protein, modified starch, salt, emulsifying salts (E339, E341). Mild white cheddar 20%, pasteurised cows milk, salt, lactic starter cultures, microbial rennet, curdling agent (E509), Anti Caking Agent (Potato Starch).
