Product Information:

 

Live Atlantic edible crab is a whole crab suitable for a variety of seafood preparations. It can be boiled or steamed before the shell is opened to remove the meat from the body and claws. The cooked meat can be served simply with lemon or incorporated into dishes such as seafood paella and bouillabaisse. It is also suitable for crab bisque or baked crab au gratin.

How to Use:

Keep the crab under appropriate live-seafood handling conditions until preparation. The supplied instructions recommend boiling in heavily salted water for approximately 15–20 minutes, until the shell turns bright orange; then allow it to be handled safely and extract the cooked meat.
