This Original Huat Kueh Premix is a fuss-free way to create this local favourite. This product is also available in a version that produces brown huat kueh.
How to use
Pour the mix into a mixing bowl or mixer. Add 300ml of water or coconut milk, blend well to form a batter. Add colouring if desired. Pour the batter into a paper cup or plastic cup. Fill up to the rim of the cup. Prepare a steamer and bring water to boil first. Steam for about 20-45 minutes, depending on the size of the cup.
