How to use
To make mochi, mix 65% of this product with 35% of water in a pan. Place on low heat and stir constantly until it thickens into a smooth dough. Place the dough on dusting powder and divide into 15g to 20g smaller pieces. Lightly flatten and place desired fillings into the centre of each flattened mochi dough and enclose the filling. Lightly dust with mochi dusting powder to finish.
