These Korean-style mandu combine pork, kimchi and vegetables in a wheat-flour wrapper. The filling includes napa cabbage kimchi, cabbage, spring onions, onion, garlic, tofu and textured soy protein, with oyster sauce, sesame oil and seasonings adding further ingredients to the recipe. Serve them as a starter, snack or part of a Korean-inspired meal. They can be pan-fried until golden or steamed for a convenient alternative.

How to Use:

Keep frozen at -18°C or below until preparation. For pan-frying, heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan, add 4–5 frozen dumplings and cook for about 6 minutes until all sides are golden brown. For steaming, bring water to a boil in a steamer, add 6 frozen dumplings and steam for about 7 minutes.
