Fines de Claire oysters from the Marennes-Oléron region of France are suitable for seafood platters, gatherings and special-occasion meals. This pack contains 48 oysters for sharing with family, friends or guests. Serve them chilled on the half shell with lemon, shallot mignonette or a little hot sauce, accompanied by rye bread if desired. They can also be prepared cooked with garlic and herb butter or incorporated into a seafood stew.

How to Use:

Rinse the oyster shells under cold running water. Carefully open each oyster with an oyster knife, discard the flat top shell and serve chilled on ice with lemon, shallot vinaigrette or hot sauce.
