Product Information:

Organic Endive is a fresh leafy vegetable with elongated, pale leaves and a versatile place in everyday cooking. It can be served raw in salads and crudités or cooked in gratins, stir-fries and other vegetable dishes. The individual leaves can also be used as practical vessels for cheese, nuts, spreads or other fillings. This French-grown organic endive is suitable for both simple meals and classic French preparations.

How to Use:

Trim the base and remove any damaged outer leaves, then rinse before use. Slice or separate the leaves for salads, or cook the endives by baking, braising or stir-frying. They can also be wrapped with ham and baked in a traditional preparation.
