Our Redman Lemon Peel Strips are made in The Netherlands and can be used to add a chewy, sweet and tart texture to your product. They are made from candied lemon peel and preserved with sugar and a glucose-fructose syrup. Store in a cool, dry place.

How to Use:

Simply stir into your batter or mix into your pie filling. Can also be used as a sweet and zesty topping for ice creams and frozen yoghurts.
