Our Redman Dark Couverture Chocolate is made in Singapore. It is dark brown in colour, and has a beautiful shine with a strong deep chocolate flavour.

This product is extremely versatile and can be used in a variety of chocolate based recipes. Melt for a rich fondue, use in cakes and cookies, create chocolate truffles, blanket marshmallows in these with crackers for smores.
