Our Vegi Soup Mix is made from a hearty combination of green split peas, yellow split peas, barley, lentils and pasta. It is unseasoned, so you can add your own favorite herbs, spices and salt to taste.

How to Use:

Simply add the soup mix to boiling water or vegetable broth, and simmer until lentils and peas are tender. For a creamier soup, add milk or cream towards the end of cooking.
