This JEM Easy Rose Cutter is designed to create layered rose petals from gum paste and other suitable flower-forming paste. The 90 mm cutter provides five petal sections that can be shaped and assembled into a dimensional rose. The instructions show how to cut multiple petal layers, thin and cup the petals, then arrange them around a wired centre before adding the calyx. It is suitable for making rose decorations for cakes, cupcakes and other sugarcraft projects.

How to Use:

Insert hooked 20-gauge wire into a cone to form the flower centre, then roll and cut two or three layers of petals. Thin and cup the petals, moisten and arrange them around the centre in the indicated sequence, then add the calyx and allow the rose to dry.
