This PME double-sided oval plaque cutter provides both plain and fluted edges for creating decorative oval shapes in cake decorating and sugarcraft. The 165 mm size is suitable for making large plaques and shaped decorative pieces for celebration cakes. It can be used with sugarpaste, marzipan, modelling paste and pastry, and can also be used with suitable craft materials when kept separate from food-use tools. The cutter is made from hard-wearing ABS thermoplastic and can be used to create plaques for lettering, floral designs and other cake decorations. ([Crown Bakery Supply][1])

Creates decorative scalloped panels, frills and lace-style effects for finishing the sides of cakes and making ornamental plaques. The repeating pattern can be joined from one cut section to the next, making it suitable for building longer continuous borders around a cake. It can be used with sugarpaste, petal paste, gum paste and suitable craft clays, either on its own or together with eyelet cutters for additional detailing. Tools used with edible materials should be kept separate from those used with non-food craft materials.

This double-sided cutter provides two cutting profiles, allowing you to create either a smooth round edge or a decorative wavy edge from the same tool. It can be used with pastry, cookie dough, sugarpaste or rolled fondant, gum paste, marzipan, and suitable craft clays. The cutter is useful for shaping pastry pieces, cookie decorations, cake plaques, swags, decorative fabric effects, and cupcake toppers. When used for both edible and non-food projects, the packaging advises keeping food-use tools separate from those used with craft materials.
