This PME double-sided oval plaque cutter provides both plain and fluted edges for creating decorative oval shapes in cake decorating and sugarcraft. The 165 mm size is suitable for making large plaques and shaped decorative pieces for celebration cakes. It can be used with sugarpaste, marzipan, modelling paste and pastry, and can also be used with suitable craft materials when kept separate from food-use tools. The cutter is made from hard-wearing ABS thermoplastic and can be used to create plaques for lettering, floral designs and other cake decorations. ([Crown Bakery Supply][1])

How to Use:

Roll the chosen sugarcraft material to an even thickness and press the desired side of the cutter into it to create a plain or fluted oval shape. Remove the excess material and carefully lift the finished plaque for use on the cake.
